Hospitality System Manager v3.03.0009
Hospitality System Manager Reservations (HSM) software was designed
by GBS Technology to help hospitality staff better handle the
recording, invoicing and reporting of guest charges.
HSM is easy to learn , particularly for small hospitality
establishments. The graphical reservations calendar shows
confirmed, unconfirmed and checked in reservations for every room.
The room charges can be customized to match the accounting codes of
the financial system, and income reports can be exported to allow
efficient updating of the financial data.
HSM has been designed to integrate with certain telephone systems
to allow telephone call charges to be collected and markup rates to
be applied to suit different guest classifications e.g. owner,
long stay, casual etc. Telephone systems currently supported
include the Panasonic digital telephone systems KX-TD816,
KX-TD1232 and KX-TD500, and Ericsson BP250.
